Marcus joined the RBA team full time in 2020 after working with Rob on various projects over the past few years. Marcus’ passion for residential construction has driven him to become versed in both Project Management and Design, thus being the perfect addition to the RBA team!
At a young age, Marcus’ European travels sparked his interest in design. This interest grew into a love, and he began to sketch designs and details that intrigued him. He also holds a Bachelor of Interior Design and is always pushing himself to overcome the next challenge, Marcus will always find a way to make things the best they can be. These skills have proven valuable in getting him to where he is, and his passion has driven him to provide the best services to his clients.
Marcus has found previous success as an associate designer at David Boyes Design Inc. and as Lead Designer at SIR Group Inc. where he founded the SIR Design Studio. Most recently, he has had success as the Director of Design and Development of a local ‘green’ oriented builder and is Principal of his own design firm, Conik Studios. When not working -which is rare- Marcus enjoys staying active, exploring the busy streets of Toronto, and spending time with his friends and family.
